Mr. Francis J Doty, PMP |
Frank works as Manufacturing Manager with Tyco Electronics’ Fiber Optics
Business Unit, an Electro-Optical Products Group manufacturing Transceivers and
other Active Optical Devices, at Somerville, New Jersey. Prior to this, he has
worked with GMT Microelectronics, Norristown, Pa. as Logistics, Planning and
Production Manager, with Burr Brown Corporation, Tucson, AZ as Line Supervisor,
and with SPS Technologies, Jenkintown, PA as Senior Methods Engineer.
Frank earned PMP (Project Management Professional) certification and has
attended Project Management classes through Villanova University. He graduated
from University of Phoenix with BA in Management, and from Buck County
Community College with Associates Degree in Business Administration.

Guinness Siu |
Guinness Siu is a Director at Festive Décor Ltd. – a Hong Kong
based seasonal design company with a manufacturing plant of +/- 400 workers for
key production of artificial floral and metal ornamentation products. It is a
major supplier to the US, European and HK markets. It also provides Project
Management & Consultation services, especially for Christmas events.
Her Major Roles include:

Guinness has served Pico International Ltd for 9 years as General Manager of
special projects team since 1988 and established a testing factory in Great
China in 1992 for exhibitions displays production before working with Festive
Décor since year 2000. She is a Diploma holder in Legal Studies and will join
the Professional Dip in Logistics later this year.

Mr. Jack Holcombe, PMP |
Jack Holcombe is a Project Management Professional (PMP) and is on the Board of
Directors for the Manufacturing SIG. Experiences include currently teaching
Project Management Certification Review Courses. Previous experience includes
managing a project for a initiating a Response Center for Siemens Homeland
Security division; twelve years managing projects for clients of American
Software, Inc implementing ERP, Supply Chain, or Warehouse Management Systems;
and three years managing a project to implement an ASK MANMAN system for Almet
Lawnlite Inc.

Mr. Larry Sanders |
Larry is an accomplished senior manager with a solid track record in leading
domestic and international programs. His passions include project management,
especially succeeding with complex projects, world-class operations, and
strategic planning for business growth.
Larry has worked throughout North and South America fulfilling roles ranging
from plant engineering leader, operations manager, plant contact and site
project manager, regional project manager, regional executive, and global
program manager for Madras Packaging, Procter & Gamble, and Exxon. He is
proud of delivering benchmark results in 10 different product lines and 6
different countries.
A graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Civil
Engineering, Larry is also a Certified Expert (Procter & Gamble) in Project
Management and Capital Management. He is a member of the Project Management
Institute, Institute of Six Sigma Professionals, and the American Management
Association. Larry is fluent in Spanish, conversational with Portuguese.

Ms. Miranda Sofia Berner |
Miranda Sofia Berner works with Berner International Corp., a manufacturer of
air doors/air curtains and energy recovery equipment, dedicated to
listening to and solving customer's problems by designing and manufacturing the
highest quality products and providing the best service in the industry.
As Project Manager for Berner International Corp., Miranda is in charge of new
product development, projects that address the issues that growth creates
and projects that are multi-departmental. Outside of work, Miranda
volunteers her time to youth soccer, the local fire company, the local women's
shelter and to her community's general overall well-being.
Before joining the family business, Miranda was the Director of Public
Relations for an internet company in Manhattan and has experience within the
telecom and Internet industries. Miranda graduated from the University of
Rochester with a BA in Linguistics, and holds a Certificate of Management in
Finance from the Simon School of Business. Miranda is also a graduate of
Leadership Pittsburgh's LDI program.

Mr. Roy Greenia, PMP |
Roy has over 15 years experience in Project Management Consulting. He has
worked with such diverse companies as General Motors, Ford, Budd Plastics,
Nortel, Lucent Technologies, and the State of California. He has been
involved in such diverse projects as new model automotive planning, die design,
fiber optics plant build, process and procedure development, child support data
management, airport screener hire, and explosive detection machine
deployment. Currently, Roy is a Principal Program Consultant with
Robbins-Gioia, LLC working with the Transportation Security Administration at
TSA's Operations Center.
Roy has been active and involved in PMI for many years. He has held
leadership positions on the board of directors for the Great Lakes Chapter,
Michigan Thumb Chapter, Assembly of SIG Chairs, and the Manufacturing
SIG. He has worked with the Certification Board Center on projects
related to PMI Certifications. At the Long Beach PMI Seminar and
Symposium, Roy co-authored a paper on Project Management and the Farm
Manager. Roy has worked on both the 2002 and the latest release of the
Guide to the Program Management Body of Knowledge, and is currently active
with the Scheduling Standards Committee. Roy is a member of PMI, the
Michigan Thumb Chapter, the Manufacturing SIG, and the College of
Scheduling.
Currently attending Western Carolina University, Roy is a Candidate in the MPM
Masters Degree Program.

Mr. Ravindra Ajmera |
Ravindra is working since 1999 as a Project Manager with Aramark in their
Uniform Services division. Though he is based in Atlanta, Ravindra travels
routinely to implement various projects within the company. He has over 13
years of work experience in the Textile & Apparel industry in almost all
functional areas – starting with manufacturing, quality, purchasing, marketing,
and moving into information technology and supply chain functions.
Ravindra is a PMP and a member of the Atlanta chapter of PMI as well as APICS.
He holds an MBA degree from Cornell University and an engineering degree from
Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Delhi, India. He also holds a Masters in
International Business degree from Indian Institute of Foreign Trade. Ravindra
enjoys doing volunteer activities within the community.
